Union UMC is assigned different months of the year for the worship service for the residence. Please see calendar of events for dates and times.

SUNNY ACRES ASSISTED LIVING DINNERS -

Once a month in the fall, winter, and spring Union UMC family provides a chicken pot pie and a friendly game of bingo.

SINGERLY MANOR ASSISTED LIVING BINGO -

The first Friday of each month starting on Friday, January 4, 2008 - 6:30 pm at Singerly Manor.

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD - A PROJECT OF SAMARITAN'S PURSE  -

The  collection of plastic shoe boxes filled with age appropriate toys, items, personal care, etc... Shoe Boxes are due Sunday November 04, 2007

Suggested items ~

***Toys: small cars, balls, dolls, stuffed animals, kazoos, harmonicas, yo-yos, jump rope, toys that light up or make noise(add extra batteries), Slinky, etc...

***School Supplies: pens, pencils and sharpeners, crayons or markers, stamps and ink pads sets, coloring books, writing pads or paper, solar calculators, etc...

***Hygiene items: toothbrush, toothpaste, mild bar soap(in a plastic bag), comb, brush, washcloth, etc...

***Other: hard andy, mints, lollipops, gum, flashlights(extra batteries), ball caps, socks, t-shirts, toy jewelry, hair clips, watches, small picture books, etc...

DO NOT INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 

XXX: Used or damaged items, War-related items: toy guns, knives, military figures, Chocolate or food, Medications or vitamins, Breakable items: snowglobes or glass containers, aerosol cans
